Your first issue sounds like withdrawal symptoms of cigarette smoking. For the second issue a physical consult is advisable. Please take an appointment for physical consult. Also start a vitamin B complex- Polybion or Bevon once a day and a Zytee gel for local application on the ulceration. Improve your diet to include green leafy vegetables and curd.
