Oral issues
I am a diabetic from 8 years and slightly high on blood pressure. A smoker from past 12 years I am facing an issue with my oral health since past few months, it started with gradual metallic flavour in my mouth, bit of bleeding while I get up from sleep, then my gums I have found have been retracted a lot in the front portion and an intense foul smell feel throughout the day... Please advice me...

Sir the metallic taste and bad smell might be associated with your systemic condition For bleeding gums kindly consult dentist near by u and if anything related to gums need to be done then get it done with lasers since there will be less bleeding as well as discomfort

Hello, First of all make sure that you are taking regular medications for diabetes and blood pressure. Prolong diabetes can also be a cause for bad breath.  Get teeth cleaning done on a regular basis and do oral check up every 6 months. This will definitely solve your issues related to bleeding gums.
