I have been unable to use brush for brushing my teeth.. The inner lip and inner cheeks have some abrasion I think. Now I feel the iupper lip is also swelling and turning inwards like my lower lip.
More than a year.
Dentist gave antibiotic and metrogyl cream, no use.

Oral medicine specialist will be the best to diagnose this kind of mucocutanous lesion. You can visit a dental college also, u will get proper diagnosis as there are many specialist under 1 roof.
This is probably one of the two conditions.
1. Oral mucosal lesion. Which is mostly not infectious and immunological or auto immune in nature.
2. It could be oral submucous fibrosis.which could be linked to usage of pan, pan masala, supari or tobacco.
It is probably not an Infection.
You need proper clinical examination and history taking too come to proper diagnosis and institute proper therapy.

Hi. It could be a oral mucocutaneous lesion which can cause burning sensation and other symptoms you mentioned. Kindly consult a Periodontist or Oral and Maxillofacial Diagnostic who will determine the problem and prescribe you the required medicines.
