Should I take my k-glim M1 ( metformin500mg + glimipiride1mg) before breakfast as usual even during my blood glucose testing ? Should the ppbs measured with/ without taking my tablet?

Fasting blood sugar should be measured without consumption of tablet or food. Ppbs should be measured 2 hours after consumption of usual tablet and food.
