Your urine ACR of 60 mg/g suggests microalbuminuria (early kidney involvement), but your kidney function is currently preserved (eGFR 88.4, creatinine 1.0). Your blood sugar (FBS 90, PPBS 101) and BP (110/70) are well controlled. Continue your current medications and consult for repeat Urine ACR after 3 months and further evaluation if it remains elevated.
Next Steps
* Continue prescribed medicines regularly. * Repeat Urine ACR and monitor HbA1c, BP, and kidney function tests. * Consult if ACR remains elevated or increases.
Health Tips
* Maintain good blood sugar and blood pressure control. * Reduce excess salt intake, stay hydrated, avoid smoking and unnecessary painkillers (NSAIDs). * Seek medical attention if you develop leg swelling, reduced urine output, or persistently rising urine protein levels.
