Submucosal Fibrosis is a premalignant condition. If you are into chewing tobacco/betel nut or Paan. You need to give it up for good. For now you can apply Kenacort oral paste for local application, twice a day for 15 days Along with this, 1/2 hour after applying kenacort apply Zytee Gel locally also for 15 days Consult for further Advise
