Oral cancer
I have second primary cancer in third molar jaw. No any tumor or ulcer seen in CT scan. My mouth opening is less than 10 mm.I had 1st primary in tongue operated in 2013 and doctors removed nodes from my neck. Doctor from Tata memorial hospital told me to operate and remove less than half of jaw and reconstruction them. In Kolkata my doctor who operated my 1st cancer told me for chemo 1st. He told me chemo is 1st option and surgery is second option. Please suggest opinion

If it's operable, depending on clinical and radiological examination then go ahead with surgery.

will need your CT scans  report..but in oral cancer surgery is always the first choice and if it not operable then think of chemo...if Tata says operate then trust them
