Kindly guide for oral cancer
Patient aged 72 , stage 4A oral cancer left lower jaw buccal mucosa survivor completed treatment 2yrs ago. He is been free from disease since then. He is diabetic and hypothyroid patient too. Since 2 days he is complaining of shaking and pain of one tooth on same left  side but upper jaw. Is this regular age related dental issue or any sign of recurrence as per your experience? He has no pain anywhere but only tooth is paining. Kindly give your valuable opinion.
