I am prescribed optisulin multi vitamin by my dietitian. Is it safe to take? I had pcod issue. But I don't have it anymore. I weigh 86kilos unmarried with grade 1 fatty liver.

U can take. But not for more than 3 months. U need to lose weight to get rid of PCOD completely or u r at risk of early onset diabetes. R u hypothyroid?
