Opinion in taking trastuzumab for Mother

Asked for Female, 53 Years

My mom has completed 6 cycle of FEC + DOCE and now dr ask to go for trastuzumab 1 yr. She also diagnosed with Hepatitis B and taking TENVIR 300MG for last 3 months along with these chemo.With 6 cycle of chemo itself she was too tried n not want to continue any further treatment. NOW MY query is trastuzumab is mandatory ?

Has the tumor been tested for HER2NEU receptor status. If HER2NEU is positive then giving trastuzumab adds to survival. If HER2NEU is negative then there is no advantage of giving trastuzumab
