Hi . greetings. I m not really sure if it works and if results last for long. Would suggest you to try and undergo microneedling rf procedure. Other procedures that may help to some extent include chemical peels, micro derm abrasion. Also co treatment with oral retinoids under guidance of dermatologist is advisable. Hope this helps.
