Open pores and dark brown spot

Asked for Male, 25 Years

My face is damaged due to sun exposure and open the pores on the face and also created dark brown spots on my cheeks. I am facing this problem since last 5 months. I have also tried some medicines and cream as per dermitologist's suggestion but there is no improvement on my face. Before 5 months my face was totally clear. Pls give ur suggestions.
