Only little open pores are on my face

Asked for Female, 23 Years

If i will get healdy so my skin will stretch my open pores get reduce or shrink. Because i don't have very large open pores or on my hole face i have O shape pores not U or Y shape pores. If i take proper dite it can reduce.
