For the past 5-6 months I’ve had a bruise like pain in the middle of my back, slightly on the left side. There’s no visible swelling or redness but the pain is intermittent and comes and goes without any correlation to activity/posture. When it hurts it literally just feels like I’m applying pressure to a bruise, and feels like the bruise should be about the size of a jar lid.

I'll understand your difficulty so,don't lift heavy items or bend forward. You may avoid stress on the back.
Some exercises are:⢠Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
⢠Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.
