  4. One testis enlarged. A cause for worry?

One testis enlarged
Recently my father is showing one testicle almost double that of the other. The scrotum on that side looks swollen. He is also showing a bulge on that side in the groin, identified on USG as right inguinal hernia... his prostate is also shown enlarged on USG. He is not having pain of any testicles....Is it a cause for worry???
