One sided tonsillitis and hiv fear

I received oral sex from a random person two weeks ago. Now my doctor diagnosed I have tonsillitis on one side and had given me medicines. I have mild free also. My question is , does hiv cause one side tonsillitis ? Do hiv spread through oral sex? Plz help
