Can hiv be caused due to oral sex

I had oral sex with a prostitute where i went down to her lick her vagina. It was short duration about 6-7 seconds. Im feeling scared that is there chances of hiv here. I have asked her she said she is clean but next day morning my throat soarness started is it because of hiv infection plzz ans is it possible to get infected by oral sex
