Exposure with prostitute have high chances of getting different STDs including HIV - most of the STDs can be managed through conservative treatment but for HIV there is no particular treatment for cure. So PEP ( post exposure prophylaxis) medication are needed to Stop HIV before infiltration. It is best to consult with us for the same condition and start PEP within 72 hours for best efficiency.
There is no screnning test with can show HIV in intial days to confirm the infection atleast 10 days after exposure are needed. So it is best to start PEP

Hello. Please dont panic. As you clearly mentioned that condom was used for the entire time and it did not break or slip, you are completely safe. The blood was on the outside of the condom, which means the condom successfully did its job to protect you. Since there was no blood on your penis and no cuts, there is absolutely no direct exposure.
Next Steps
Because there is zero risk of transmission here, you do not need to take any PEP course. PEP is strong and is not required for protected sex.
Health Tips
Please note that an HIV test done within 24 hours is of no use for a new exposure due to the window period. It only shows you were negative before this incident. But since your exposure risk here is zero, you don't need to worry at all. Just relax.
This is a very low-risk exposure since the intercourse was fully protected and the condom remained intact; menstrual blood on the outside of the condom does not pose a risk if there was no contact with your penis.
Your negative HIV test at 24 hours is expected but not conclusive—however, based on the history, PEP is not indicated.
You can repeat HIV testing at 4 weeks and 3 months for reassurance.
No need to panic—risk of HIV in this scenario is negligible.
Namastey
Based on the history you have provided, the exposure you described is considered low risk for HIV transmission. You used a condom throughout the intercourse, there was no visible break or slippage reported, and your penis remained clean without any cuts or direct contact with blood. Even though menstrual blood was present on the outer surface of the condom, a properly used and intact condom acts as an effective barrier against HIV and most sexually transmitted infections. In such a scenario, the risk of HIV transmission is extremely low to negligible. Because of this, post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) is generally not indicated in cases of fully protected intercourse without condom failure. Your negative test within 24 hours is expected, as tests do not detect infection immediately after exposure, but it does not indicate any current infection either.
Next Steps
At this stage, the most important step is reassurance and avoiding unnecessary panic. There is no indication to start PEP based on the details you have shared. Focus on maintaining safe practices going forward and avoid repeated self-testing or overthinking, as this can increase anxiety without adding value. If you continue to feel worried or need a more personalized evaluation and counseling regarding your situation, you can connect with us at 9 3 1 5 6 6 1 5 6 5 for professional guidance and clarity tailored to your case.
Health Tips
Continue practicing consistent and correct condom use, as you did in this instance. Maintain good genital hygiene, but avoid excessive washing or use of harsh chemicals, as that can cause irritation. It is also important to manage anxiety—limit searching for worst-case scenarios online and instead focus on routine activities, proper sleep, and relaxation techniques like deep breathing or meditation. With correct protection, situations like yours are considered safe in medical practice, and maintaining awareness along with calmness is key.
