One side throat pain
Hello doc, I have pain in the left side of the larynx. I feel the pain only when I press it with my fingers. I also some mild cold. I always feel this pain when I have cold. What's the problem with that pain ???

It can be associated URTI ie upper respiratory tact infection which includes pharyngitis + laryngitis. Since you mentioned pain while pressing, assuming from outside. It can be due to thyroid also, since thyroid lies over the larynx.
Next Steps
Pain killer like Dolo 650 mg and anti cold medications with saline nasal drops will give symptomatic relief. To ascertain the exact cause, detailed history us required.
