One side pain

Asked for Female, 49 Years

Hi, My mother has muscular pain in the left side of the body.I got all the test done. Complete blood count,pap smear. Platelet count was found 49000 and after a week I get the blood platelet test again it moved to 80000. Nowadays ,she is having muscular pain only in the lower left leg. Requesting you to please assist me
