One side of face get dark

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have been having a sinus since 3 year i have dns problem at right side.. I have cervical rib problem at right side.. I got my right side's face black like skin got burn.. I didn't find the reason.. Some doctor told me that is allergy... But i cant find actual reason
