One feet grown all of sudden
Needed advice for cousin He has been experiencing a high fever for the past 5-6 days. Went to doctor he gave medication for fever. Next day he began to experience sudden and severe pain in one of his feet. His one feet had grown in size significantly. The foot is still very painful. We are cautious about sudden growth of one foot No swelling or warmth noticed Just rigidness

Based on the symptoms described—fever for 5-6 days followed by sudden pain and growth in one foot without swelling or warmth—it is essential to rule out several conditions that could cause this. A possible cause might be an inflammatory response or an infection, such as osteomyelitis, cellulitis, or a reaction from a viral or bacterial illness affecting the joints or bones. Another possibility is a rare but serious condition like septic arthritis or a growth plate disorder. Given the rigidity and pain without external swelling or warmth, it's important to consider deeper causes such as underlying tissue inflammation or nerve involvement. I would recommend an immediate in-person evaluation, including a detailed physical examination and possibly some imaging tests (like X-ray or MRI) to determine the underlying cause. Blood tests might also be necessary to rule out infections or inflammatory markers. For a more precise evaluation and treatment plan, I would advise booking an appointment with me directly. Alternatively, you can reach out to me on WhatsApp using the following number: eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two. Looking forward to assisting you further.
