One corn spead in all toes and painful

Asked for Male, 42 Years

My brother's middle toe has corn on it..not sure that is it corn or not..but homeopathic doc gave medicine of corn...after treatment with medicine...it spread in all the toes and many cyst type formation produced in all toes.and it is painful also.....now we consult skin specialist...who said it is mere viral infection caused by first one...and it cures slowly....he gave painkiller and allergy tabs ... But these don't help in curing this....is it mere self healing with time??...or should we consult some other doctor ?
