On urimax 0.4 but taking time to urinate
Hi dr My father 63 taking urimax 0.4 from last 3 years and sometimes feels vertigo. BP sometime normal and sometimes 150/90 without medication, recently did usg and uroflowmetry, report is  attached, KFT is normal  please advice any alternate medicine

If patient is still symptomatic after taking urimax for 3 years, with poor Uroflowmetry parameters,  then he needs to undergo surgery..
