On medication for last 10 yrs
Taking nexito plus.have been going under treatment for last 10 years.Things have improved but not to that extent.Still not able to express himself and hence unsatisfied with himself.Even smaller works seems to be tuff at work place .No curiosity to learn new things as it seems its impossible

He can do better if he adds counselling and psychotherapy to his treatment. This will help him to understand and modify his unhelpful thinking and belief system. This change will make his mood better and he will feel motivated and confident to make the most of his life.
