Oligospermia
I have tested with oligospermia and I have done following tests.
Sperm count : 6 million
Total Testosterone: 451 ng/dl
LH: 11.5 miU/ml
FSH: 30 miU/ml
Prolactin: 9.12 ng/ml
HBA1C: 5.9 %
Scrotal Doppler: Retractile testicle with volume of right testicle: 1.85 cc and left testicle: 1.70 cc.
No hydrocele. The arteries and veins are normal.
Impression of scrotal Doppler: Small in size testicles with altered echotexture in inguinal canal of each side suggest possibility of retractable testicles. Inguinal hernia on right.
What is the reason of oligospermia ??

Difficult to pinpoint the root of the problem. Why bilateral small testes? Have you undergone any inguinal surgeries in the past?
