Oligospermia
I have tested with oligospermia and I have done following tests. Sperm count : 6 million Total Testosterone: 451 ng/dl LH: 11.5 miU/ml FSH: 30 miU/ml Prolactin: 9.12 ng/ml HBA1C: 5.9 % Scrotal Doppler: Retractile testicle with volume of right testicle: 1.85 cc and left testicle: 1.70 cc. No hydrocele. The arteries and veins are normal. Impression of scrotal Doppler: Small in size testicles with altered echotexture in inguinal canal of each side suggest possibility of retractable testicles. Inguinal hernia on right. What is the reason of oligospermia ??
