Old stitch marks on hand removal

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Sir I have got a very old stitches on my hand after an operation in 2009. Can it be removed permanently. Please guide me. I have also gone through the scar revision but that process made it look even worse.

You can do laser procedure to improve the texture of the skin. The scar will not become absolutely normal like the skin was before but they will definitely be an improvement. Laser like CO2 or Er:Yag or MNRF can be used. Hope this is helpful.
