Ointment 12 days after stiches removed.

T-bact was applied along with steri strip ( surgical strip) for 11 days.
Now the skin is healed.
So can I apply oinment or face cream so that the scars goes away.
Prescribe some face cream for scars and after how many days should I apply it.
