Oily skin with acne at jaw line and back

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I am 34 yrs and I tried treatment from many dermatologists but none was successful in my case. I am on medication for high BP. Does these medicines are the cause for my acne? Kindly please provide me any remedy so that I can get marry. Many of them rejecting Me by seeing my pics loaded with acne.
