Oily face after rhinoplas. More oily.

Hello doctors ... 22days back i had rhinoplasty surgery after 10days once everything removed nd i started to wash my face ... Ofcourse i had more oily face tht time but within 2 or 3days my face got dryed like before by using my face wash ...  actually past 1year itself i m using depiklen depi face wash ... Ofcourse i loved it nd thts my favorite face wash to use daily ... 4days back my facewash got over so i brought same new face wash ,once i used Suddenly all over my face looks too much of oil all over the full day ... I m totally confused !! how cum suddenly its changed bec after surgery i was using my old bottle tht time i didn't faced any problems but new bottle made my face worst like more oily... Actually i have like combination more dry skin... I consulted my personal dermatologist yest and she prescribed me another one kromawash cleansing and whitening foam ... After used this too from today morning itself my face looks more oily Please doctors anyone help me about this ...
