OG JUNCTION - 38 CMS, LAX LES

Asked for Female, 37 Years

I am a 37 year old female suffering from shortness of breath and have frequent burping sensation.upon performing upper GI endoscopy, it is noticed that OG junction is 38 CMS,LAX LES. Insights please on what causes this. Is it curable without any surgery and what has to be done. already leading a lifestyle which is relatively healthy without smoking, drinks and no tea and coffee and less spicy foods.
