I am having stage 1 oestoarthritis I am 36 years old ..Can I never ever climb stairs ,can't ever sit on the floor ?? How can it be possible because I am jain ..most of our jain temples is having stairs how will I deal with this..M very much worried

Dont worry, there are signs of early osteoarthritis, Though it cant be reversed to normal you can stop it from getting it into next stages
