Odourless liquid from behind

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Last year i discovered a small hole between my hips above the anus. Some odourless and slight soapy liquid comes out during humid weather. It does not have smell but has a little soapy texture. This has stared from September 2018. I moved to Kolkata from North India in 2016.
