Odd rash that gets worse in cold weather
I seem to break out in the cold, only on arms and legs. Break out areas appear red bumpy, skin is dry and almost has a leather feel. It's spread sporadically up and down my arms and legs. I say it happens bc of the cold bc last year i went through the same thing, then overtime it went away on its own. But the itching can be unbearable and when it gets really bad I my arms get covered with the rash. Please give me ideas on what it could be, if there's anything I can go out and buy that will help.
