Rght now I'm totally fine only tablets r ongoing thts all Distinon 60mg tab 3times a day ND since 1yr I'm taking Azaron 50mg 2times a day....
Bt wth triphala ghrit I'm feeling fabulous!!

Yup along with triphala ghrit u have to take some medicine...and i m sure that u will feel much better..because the concept of Ayurveda is totally different to diagnose the diseases...
Next Steps
1. Tripahla grhit as u r taking..
2. Triphala guggula 2 tab twice a day.
3. Saptamruta loha + faltrikadi mix botha and take 1 tsp twice a day..
4. Avipattikar churna 1 tsp before meals..
5. Nagaradi churna + prawala 1 tsp twice a day..
Health Tips
Do tarpan also its one typ of Ayurveda procedure in which your eyes is cover with medicated ghruta for some time...u feel better...
Avoid to give more strains on eyes..
if possible do pranayama
do Trataka under guidance of any physician...
