OCRD and body odor related problem
Hi there,I have been suffering from OCRD since longtime...In my head there is always hitting up "if I smell bad?!"....this problem increased when my close friend once said you are smelling like billy goat then I suddenly went blank,I don't even know what I smell??...whenever I go outside I notice too much about people if they sneezing,coughing just becoz of my body odour?!....if I really smell all the way all the time,how can I get rid of this plz let me knw I am so much tired of this...the situ

Along with ocd u must have anxiety  ,or depression . This both makes the situation  worse.Counseling  with psychotherapy  is very helpful in this situation. Consult psychologist  online or offline. This is the best treatment in ur case as per my opinion .

Mental health issues like ocd r due to disturbance in the neurochemicals in d brain. So u need not blame urself or nyone els for it. However dese r treatable conditions. Seek help at d earliest for better outcome. If time is a constraint den consult a psychiatrist online.
