Ocd vs depression vs negative schizo.

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I dont bath for 30 days even don't brush my teeth, im desperately want to do all these things but I don't know why I'm so lazy when it comes to execution...I have pure o type ocd and im recovered from it very much ...but I'm so unproductive , I have tried all SSRI's and some antipsychotic n stimulants too..my mother has schizophrenia but I don't have any delusion n hallucination...i think besides ocd , i can have depression or negative schizophrenia but again i dont feel hopeless, sad, fatigue n all ...so can ocd affects my ocd this way ? Or it is something else like negative schizophrenia ?

Hi Thanks for seeking help here. OCD and Schizophrenia both can coexist. The negative symptoms of schizophrenia are those symptoms .....what u have described. But am very surprised that....you are motivated enough to come for a consultation. Really happy for this. Sometimes Delusional are present with OCD , which lead to odd behaviours. All SSRI failed...that's again very surprising. I feel we can discuss this to find out the best treatment plans. Happy to help you. Don't worry it can be done.
