Two possibilities
1. Anxiety associated with OCD could be playing up.
2. Paroxetine could be causing initial autonomic activation.
It could be a combination of above two also. This happens at times and generally is not problematic.
Next Steps
a repeat evaluation can be done if symptoms are troublesome.
Health Tips

These side effects can occur when paroxetine is started. They should decrease in sometime but if you’re very disturbed and can’t tolerate them, consult the psychiatrist who prescribed them. They should be able to help you further. And no they’re not dangerous
Next Steps
Wait if you can tolerate them , otherwise contact your psychiatrist
