Asked for Male, 22 Years

Sir I am on Psyvoxin 50 1-0-1 and Syconil 12.5 clomipramine 0-0-1 ... Now this time I am in another state where these brands are unavailable. So I continue fluvoxin 50 and clofranil 12.5 but I didn't get same effect due to bioavailability of drug. Should I have to increase dose of fluvoxin 50. What will the correct dose of fluvoxin 50
