Occasional mild stomach ache
My 5 yr old daughter occasionally complain about mild stomach pain but she does not have any other issue.She eats well and no constipation and very active also.What can be the reason for stomach pain.

Hello, stomach pain may b due to abdominal lymph node enlargement. Which usually resolve with age.
