Obsessive compulsive disorder
I am being treated for OCD disease, and on medication since July 2015 till today. I am taking 100 mg of fluvoxamine two times a day But from past two months I feel very drowsy after taking my dose in morning inspite of having 8 hours of proper sleep in night after having night dose. Shall I take both dose in the evening itself.?

Hello, Fluvoxamine can increase sedation. Either you can take 50 mg tab in morning and 150 mg at night. 50mg fluvoxamine is available so don't break the tablet. If the sleep problem is still not resolved you can take 200mg in night time. Its better to take maximum dose of fluvoxamine at night time.
