Given your current BMI and the fact that you are also managing hypertension, you are a strong candidate for a medically supervised weight management program. Recommended Specialists: Endocrinologist: As suggested, an endocrinologist is the primary specialist for hormonal and metabolic management, including the prescription of GLP-1 medications like Wegovy (Semaglutide). Bariatric Physician or Cardiologist: Because of your hypertension, a cardiologist or a physician specializing in obesity medicine can help ensure that any weight loss medication does not negatively interact with your blood pressure profile. Regarding Wegovy (Semaglutide): While these medications are highly effective for weight loss, they require a thorough clinical screening. A doctor will need to evaluate: Your Kidney and Pancreatic Function: Through blood tests (KFT, Serum Amylase/Lipase). Blood Pressure Stability: To ensure your hypertension is well-controlled before starting. Thyroid History: To rule out specific contraindications. Immediate Next Steps: It is excellent that you have already started exercising. I recommend scheduling an appointment with an Endocrinologist for a full metabolic profile (HbA1c, Thyroid profile, Lipid profile). They can discuss whether Wegovy or other oral/injectable options are the safest and most effective choice for your specific health profile. Stay consistent with your physical activity, but ensure you monitor your blood pressure regularly as you begin this journey.

First consult with endocrinologist,  get investigations done to exclude any treatable cause for obesity. Then follow life style measures and try to reduce weight slowly,  consistently.
