Obesity - Sinking In!
Hello Doctors, I am 27 yrs old female. Having a sedentary lifestyle of Working from home - 9 hours a day My weight has been increasing over the years. I don't have sugar , bp , any heart problem. BUT yes i am on anti depressants since last one year due to anxiety. Please help suggest what to do! Itna wazan badh gaya hai ab ki ghar pe ek jhaadoo uthaneka bhi mann nahi karta. Self confidence zero ho chuka h. Main wapas pehle jaisi hona chahti hoon. Main chal sakti hoon bhaag sakti hoon BUT when it comes to dieting , i give up. Please please help me. I am just 27 yrs. No one will marry me of i continue to be like this. Please help!!!

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet . Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet .
