I have pcos and I have taken the hormone pill of 21 days after which I became very fat... And I want to reduce now. I need a diet chart. Due to overweight my periods has also stopped for 2 months...again I had this month

Hi! First off, have you checked for any underlying medical condition? If there is no medical condition, start with two important things. Eating healthy and regular workout. Make sure you avoid consuming refined and processed foods. Which would include bakery products and other packed foods. Avoid foods containing excess fat or sugar. Which would include deep fried foods, and foods such as jams, jellies,  and other sweets. Consume plenty of fresh vegetables and whole fruits. Have salads with each meal. Most fats in your diet should come from unsaturated fat sources. Which would be oil seeds such as flax seeds. Use oils such as sunflower, safflower, rice bran, peanut, sesame etc. And change it every 2-3 months. Apart from diet, make sure you start with intense physical activity for at least 30 minutes each day. You can try yoga and a combination or cardio and strength training.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hello, Gaining weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons. Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour (Can be at home or simple exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, on the spot marching, squats, etc) -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Take 5-6 meals a day. -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast -Add warm milk at night with a pinch of turmeric ad pepper power, it will help with sleep problems NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition

Hi there! I can understand how it feels but this are the side effects of taking pills that you gain weight. As per your age and height your good weight should be between 63-65 kgs. The only way to manage pcos is healthy lifestyle and healthy weight loss. No pills or medicine will work. the more early you start to lose weight the more better it will be for health. start with healthy eating habits and portion control
