Obesity , hypertension and cholestrol
I am 29 years old male. I weigh around 110 kg. I have hypertension. My last BP reading was 125/100. I have just started going to the gym to reduce weight. I wish to start a proper diet. I came across Paleo diet. Want to know if it is effective in reducing weight. Since I have high cholesterol, can I take fat rich foods?

Take high fiber low fat low sodium diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. take almonds and flaxseeds daily to reduce LDL cholesterol. Avoid egg yolk ,fried foods and fast foods.
