I am facing the problem of obesity, weighing 76kgs. I want to be slim. My diet is not good as mostly I skip my breakfast because of the busy routine and in the afternoon I feel like really hungry and sometimes I have no other option than eating subway. I started muesli bars, Nutri gain in breakfast. I drink coffee a lot just to wake me up. Normally, I slept without my dinner too sometimes. As I just eat in he afternoon and for the whole day, nothing. please help me to be slim.
