Hello doctor I am girl my weight is 94kg over 5'8" height BMI is 31-32 I am overweight, 1&1/2 year ago I was of 75kg now I don't walk even downstairs just laziness.
I don't had any medical history or thyroidsugar bp nothing.
Just due to lazy lifestyle and oily eating habits I am vegetarian only. But fond of sweets, butter, extra sugar in tea.
I need advice what medicine or health supplementary can reduce intake and curb obesity as well as at least 10 kg weight.
