Hi Thank you being specific and honest. I think your answer lies in your question itself. You have rightfully identified the factors that’s causing your weight to increase. Now it’s important to understand why are you feeling so demotivated. I understand how you are feeling. I was 150 kgs myself and it was very difficult to get back in shape. But it can be done if you follow baby steps and increase your intensity as you progress. I am not just concerned about your weight but also about your future health. It is high time you start looking at the bigger picture.
Next Steps
Don’t target any weight goal initially. Start by changing some lifestyle habits. Please note I cannot prescribe any supplement or diet without meeting you. These are some basic steps you can take. Let’s start with Sugars. They can be extremely addictive. Replace your sugar with stevia initially and try not to take added sugar in any of your foods. Slowly and steadily turning sugar content needs to be regulated. Start working out. Start with low intensity walking. It’s essential that you do that. Not just for aesthetic reasons but for your future heart health. Since you are a vegetarian, have a a few walnuts in the morning. They contain healthy fats. This will help you avoid the cravings you get for fatty food. Then move on to your beverage. Try and replace your sugar in the tea with either sugar free or stevia. Keep your self active the whole day. You will start seeing results.
Health Tips
Don’t get de motivated. I know it’s difficult but you need to work through it. You have very successfully identified your weakness and now it’s time you start working on them. I wish you all the best.
