My simple advice is that, please don't go for exercise, for the sake of doing it like a ritual. Instead, have indirect exercises as part of daily routine, like visiting nearby religious worship centres, going to nearby shops etc on foot. Have lesser quantity of food, but don't starve. Have more of raw vegetables and fruits rich in fibre. Do some breathing exercises and meditation.
