To start with you must get your basic investigations done for vitamin D3 levels and repeat blood tests for evaluating T3,T4,TSH for checking levels of Thyroid. And consult a doctor with the reports. At the same time continue taking medications for Thyroid (if already taking) and supplements of Vit D3 saches. Maybe obesity could be related to one of the above reasons. For the pollution levels, can use Air purifier at home/office as indoor pollution is higher that outdoor pollution. Avoid exercising outdoors during early morning and late evening. As for bronchial problems/respiratory problems, can use N93 masks to protect from pollution and consult an ENT doctor. If having multiple stressors, please visit a Psychiatrist.
Next Steps
Consult a doctor ASAP.

Hi, There are a number of issues you have raised. So let us discuss them one by one. Firstly, weight gain can be due to a number of reasons in which hypothyroidism, lack of exercise are 2 of them. Further details of your current status of hypothyroidism and vitamin d levels are required. Secondly, it is unfortunate that we are facing high level of pollution these days, which has restricted many of us indoors. Try to avoid it as much as possible. Thirdly, making a conclusion that wt gain will continue after menopause is not true. You should consult a nearby endocrinologist and pulmonologist for the problems. And if there is distress present, you may also consult a psychiatrist nearby. Thank you.
