I was 60 kg 7 years ago . My weight has been rising since 7 years , presently my weight is 90 . I am light breakfast and 1chapati and little rice for lunch and dinner . I am doing mild exercise . And rarely fast food . What to do to reduce my weight to 60+ . My height is 5.7ft
